Your passport to eat

Up to 10,000 complimentary ‘passports’ will be issued to the public (register now at www.hfcsingapore.com) for entry to the event, sampling portions at designated food stations, and participation in culinary demonstrations by noted chefs.

Aside from a jubilation market of local artisanal food producers (Ette Tea, TwoMen Bagel House, GSH Conserves etc), there’ll also be ongoing interactive workshops and back-to-back screenings of food-themed movies under the stars. 22 and 23 August, 10am to midnight. 11 Canning Walk. Tel: 6559 6770
