A taste of Kyoto at Grand Hyatt Bali
From now till 31 July, Hyatt Regency Kyoto's chef Keiji Mine will be at Grand Hyatt Bali dishing out Kyoto cuisine.
Often referred to as Japan’s culinary capital, Kyoto is known for its elegant and delicate cuisine. From now till 31 July, Grand Hyatt Bali , one of the top-rated hotels in Nusa Dua, will host a special guest chef, Keiji Mine, from its sister propert,y Hyatt Regency Kyoto. Chef Mine will showcase the mastery of traditional Kyoto cooking techniques and create a sumptuous selection of iconic Kyoto dishes. Diner can savour delights such as Grilled Miso Marinated Sablefish, Braised Duck and Bamboo Leaf Wrapped Sushi-Shrimp.
