Co-founders and executive chefs Roberto Galbiati and Antonio Manetto have launched a bigger and tastier weekend brunch menu at Acqua e Farina, featuring more classic and authentic Italian recipes. The revamped brunch menu serves up 10 big Italian-American favourites such as the three eggs omelette ($18) with mozzarella, smoked salmon, avocado purée and a side of brioche, and Tegame($24), which features two eggs done any style, with sausages, bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms and potatoes and a side of toasted brioche. Also available is the Brunch Spaghetti ($22) tossed with pork sausages, pancetta, asparagus, mushrooms, tomatoes, garlic and olive oil, topped with poached egg dressed with hollandaise sauce. And now for a limited time only, guests can top up from just $3 for an order of freshly squeezed juice, house pour wines, Prosecco, coffee or tea. 400 Upper Bukit Timah Road. Tel: 6462 0926
