Try the Digby Scallops with Soya Jelly of Rhubarb & Japanese Ginger, Salt and White Pepper Pei Lobster with Saffron and Sesame Ink, and the exotic-sounding Signature French & Chinese Tong Yuen with Indian Pastry, Raspberry and Passion Fruit Rose Water.
