Chef Mine will showcase the mastery of traditional Kyoto cooking techniques and create a sumptuous selection of iconic Kyoto dishes. Diner can savour delights such as Grilled Miso Marinated Sablefish, Braised Duck and Bamboo Leaf Wrapped Sushi-Shrimp.
