Wine Masterclass 1 – A Tour de France (but no bicycles required!)

Date: 15 December 2011, Thursday

Time: 6:30pm to 8pm

Usual Cost per participant: $150 (10-15 pax)

Venue: Atrium space between Red Mango & Starbucks

Conducted by wine specialist Wines2U, the wines featured would be Champagne Moutard Grade Cuvee, Pouillu Fume, Sancerre, Sancerre Rose and Bourgogne Pinot Noir.

With the Christmas season coming, participants can learn more about food pairing and how some of these wines can be paired with festive foods like goat's cheese and the roast turkey.

Wine Masterclass 2  – A presentation of fine wines from New Zealand

Date: 16 December 2011, Friday

Time: 6:30pm to 8pm

Presented by established wine importing company Wine Guru, have a great time tasting popular wines from New Zealand.

Wine Masterclass 3 – A Spanish Wine Tasting Adventure
