Staying true to its wellness-first philosophy, The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali welcomes the return of its annual health-focused programme: Celebrate Wellness 2025. With more travellers prioritising wellbeing and seeking balance, the event invites professionals and enthusiasts to connect over shared values of movement, mindfulness, and healthy living, delivered in true Westin style.
Following a series of global wellness celebrations in June, including Global Running Day, Global Wellness Day, and International Yoga Day, this ninth edition of Westin’s signature event will take place on 2 August 2025 at the Bali International Convention Centre. The full-day affair will be led by recognised health and fitness professionals, offering energising training sessions and thought-led discussions designed to inspire long-term lifestyle shifts and elevate day-to-day wellbeing.
“Wellbeing has always been our top priority at Westin. We aim to continue being the best wellbeing partner for our guests and associates. At The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali, we also believe that when associates take good care of their wellbeing, they will also take good care of our guests’ wellbeing during their stay with us,” shares Sander Looijen, general manager of The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali.
Attending the event means tapping into science-led insights and time-honoured rituals to support long-term wellbeing. From biohacking and gut health to digital detoxing and stress management, every session is shaped around a holistic approach to health. Guided by seasoned experts, attendees will explore how mindfulness, physical alignment, and intentional movement can improve posture, strength, mobility, and flexibility, while also gaining a deeper understanding of how these elements are interconnected.
This year’s programme features a curated line-up of sessions designed to engage both body and mind, including:
