Highly recommended is the hearty Portobello Brunch Souffle. Laid atop two double-baked cheese soufflés are tasty strips of smoked bacon, a juicy baked Portobello mushroom, wilted spinach and a runny poached egg. For freshly-baked pastries order the raisin vanilla swirls, apple cranberry turnover and pain au chocolat.
