Due to overwhelming popularity, Lime is extending its well-loved Lobsterfest promotion to Wednesdays and Thursday evenings until 1 December (previously available only till 19 June). Crustacean lovers can indulge in executive chef Deepak Mishra’s special creations influenced by both Asian and Western flavours. Highlights include Maine Lobster Thermidor with Persillade Crust; Poached Lobster with Marie Rose Sauce; and Maine Lobster with Truffled Hollandaise and Espelette.
