Eat like an Italian at ATLAS

Here’s a little known fact: ATLAS, which is better known as the swanky art-deco themed bar housed inside Parkview Square, is also a cool lunch spot. Executive chef Daniele Sperindo has launched a refreshed executive Italian lunch menu for the month of February. Diners chose between two ($38/person) or three ($48/person) courses. For starters, go with the ‘Frittata di Pasta’ Spaghetti and Eggs, Broccoli Rabe, Sausage, and ‘Baccala’ Salted Cod, Gaeta Olives, Capsicum done Neapolitan style for your main course, before you end your meal with Fried ‘Struffoli’ Dough, Honey and Cinnamon Parfait for dessert.
