epicure’s 12 Days Of Christmas Giveaway Day 11: Hotel Indigo Singapore Katong’s Baba Chews Bar and Eatery dining vouchers

Housed within the boutique hotel in Katong (the home to the Peranakans), Baba Chews Bar and Eatery serves classic and re-invented Nyonya dishes.  Think, the Ayam Buah Keluak Burger, it consists of a chicken patty drenched n buah keluak sauce, which is served between multigrain ciabatta buns with a side of pickled vegetables. Other highlights include the Iberico Pork Ribs Pongteh, which the pork is slow-cooked for 12 hours, as well as the rich and intensely flavoured Beef Short Ribs Rendang.

You can also expect Singapore inspired cocktails such as the spicy and lemak Chews Laksa, and the Katong Sling, a spicy twist to our Little Red Dot's iconic concoction.
