Three of the best looking photos will be selected each month. The closing date for entries is February 12. This month’s winners will win a pair of Prosecco brunch vouchers from Senso worth$236 each.

BRUNCH WITH PUNCH

If you’re having Sunday brunch at Senso, it’s probably wise to clear the rest of your day’s schedule. With a mix of a la carte dishes made to order and a self-service antipasti buffet, it’s not hard to be lulled into four hours of gastronomic bliss. Fresh European oysters and Ca’ del Bosco Franciacorta Sparkling Wine make an appetising start to the meal, which follows with your choice of hot main course or freshly made pasta served to the table. The free-flow items change on a weekly basis but guests can expect signatures like Pappardelle XXL with Wild Boar Sauce and Oven Roasted Duck Breast on Mashed Lentils and Red Wine Sauce to make the occasional appearance.

While indulging in the buffet spread of cold cuts, seafood, salads, pastas and desserts, don’t miss the massive Grana Padano, a grainy semi-fat hard cheese wheel that you personally carve from. As a befitting end to your sumptuous meal, take your time to sample the stunning array of desserts on display.
