Three of the best looking photos will be selected each month. The closing date for entries is on 12 April. This month’s winners will each win a Cook & Brew dinner vouchers worth $200.
Located at level 33 of The Westin Singapore is Cook & Brew, a contemporary gastrobar that boasts a magnificent view of the Marina Bay skyline. Here, you can indulge in executive chef Aaron Foster’s mouthwatering modern Asian creations such as Pad Thai Fries ̶ crisp sweet potato fries tossed in pad Thai sauce, freshly squeezed lime juice and served with chicken, prawns, crushed peanuts and dried sakura shrimps; and the Maple Miso Cod with broccoli, heirloom radish and fiery pepperoncino chilli. The desserts are created by celebrity chef Anna Olson and includes the Steamed Carrot Cake, which hits the sweet spot with its perfect balance of carrot, spices, cream cheese frosting and caramel vanilla sauce.
