De Dietrich is the exclusive kitchen sponsor of STORIES: A Pop Up Restaurant by My Private Chef. This fresh new concept will feature a series of dining events by Singapore-based chefs to further strengthen the inextricable link between local food and our history.
First up: chef Stephan Zoisl will craft a five-course dinner from 26 to 29 June at the 82-year-old Tanjong Pagar Railway Station, where a storyteller will weave in cultural anecdotes related to each dish. A second chapter will be announced in due course.
