When it comes to hearty comfort food, stuffed pastas and chocolate cake will undoubtedly make the shortlist. Jennifer Lee, head chef at Vasco, took centre stage at ToTT@Dunearn’s fully-equipped cooking studio to demonstrate just that to epicure’s masterclass guests. The masterclass was attended by homemakers Megan McHardy and Cheong Szu Yen; accounting advisor Sandy Tee; freelance writer Sylvia Tan and Chan Wai Xin, wine educator.
