If the trackside mayhem is too intense for you, enjoy the action at Zafferano, which provides guests a stunning bird’s eye view of the F1 racetrack. They are rolling out a series of promotions exclusively for the event: on 19 September, the Pitstop Saturday Brunch ($78-$118, from 11.30am to 3.30pm) will feature a wide variety of fresh seafood, cold cuts, and pastas, as well as free flow of housewines, beer or Prosecco depending on your package; on 20 September, prepare for race day excitement with the aptly named Singapore Grand Prix, a dinner menu with several customised options ($78 for three-courses, $108 for three courses with three glasses of wines or standard cocktails, $118 for a four-course dinner with three glasses of wines or cocktails). Set directly next to the street circuit and offering a unencumbered view of Marina Bay circuit turns 16 and 17, Axis Bar and Lounge will undergo a lavish transformation into an Oyster and Champagne Bar, where guests can indulge in an unlimited flow of premium oysters, champagne, miniature desserts, and Beluga Caviar canapés.
