Mozaic’s cooking school, The Workshop, has introduced a five- (Rp600,000) and seven-course (Rp900,000) lunch menu. Available from 8 June, diners can indulge in Butter Roasted Javanese Pigeon with Toasted Spices and paired with baby spinach and fresh nutmeg pericarp; the refreshing Fresh Belimbing Wuluh Confit with coriander seed caramel; and a Tabanan Regency Chocolate Fondant for the chocolate lovers.
