Rooftop dining in ZERU Sky Terrace takes on a different rhythm with an Italian touch as they welcome Chef Alessandro D’Amico to their sky-high den. This August, Padma Hotel Semarang invites guests to embrace that atmosphere through Weekend Rendezvous, a new culinary series at the hotel’s vinyl listening bar. The chapter begins with a one-weekend collaboration celebrating Italian food in Semarang on 1 and 2 August 2026.
Amici Bali’s beloved Chef D’Amico will bring authentic Italian food, rooted in the honest flavours and traditions of Italy, to Semarang. Conceived as a limited-time collaboration, the event pairs the warmth of Italian hospitality and food with sweeping views of the Semarang skyline, creating an experience that unfolds through both a Saturday evening dinner and a leisurely Sunday brunch.

Chef D’Amico’s menu reflects the generosity that defines Italian dining. Handmade pasta, classic antipasti, premium grilled specialities, and artisanal desserts are presented alongside ZERU Sky Terrace’s signature à la carte selections, while dishes such as Ravioli alla Vaccinara and Filetto al Gorgonzola showcase regional recipes interpreted with finesse. Together, they offer another perspective on Italian food, where authentic flavours are enjoyed against the warmth and charm of Semarang.
Weekend Rendezvous takes place with dinner on Saturday, 1 August, from 6pm onwards, followed by brunch on Sunday, 2 August, from 10.30am to 2pm. Price starts at IDR 688,000 per person for dinner and IDR 558,000 per person for brunch.
