Four Seasons Hotel Singapore’s Chinese executive chef Alan Chan was the star of epicure’s most recent masterclass. Held at the Windows East on the 20th floor of the hotel, guests were first treated to an exclusive tour of the beautiful and recently renovated Jiang-Nan Chun. Flanking elegant décor that is evocative of the verdant Jiang-Nan region, the restaurant’s interior is inspired by the beautiful architecture of the area’s river villages, complete with blue tiles at the entrance to mimic a flowing body of water.
