Brunch out at mezza9

Sundays are meant for sleeping in, catching up with family and friends, and treating yourself to a luxurious and leisurely brunch. For a truly indulgent feast, head down to mezza9 at Grand Hyatt Singapore for a Sunday Champagne Brunch. Located on the mezzanine level, mezza9 showcases nine different dining experiences through a variety of show kitchens and counters.

Savour the freshest seafood from the sushi and sashimi bar, stop by the deli for a slice of ham or bread before checking out the selection of oysters, crabs and prawns at the crustacean bar. Choose some traditional Chinese wok-fried and steam basket dishes and help yourself to the delicious spit-roast chicken and prime rib steaks from the western grill and rotisserie. Don’t forget to pick up a few skewers from the yakitori bar. Sunday Brunch is incomplete without trying the wide dessert selection over at the patisserie. Rounding up mezza 9 is their famous martini and cigar bar, should you need to end off with a dry cocktail; as well as their gourmet boutique, where you can take away a slice of the mezza9 dining experience.
