SUNDAY FEASTING

Set amidst the lush tropical gardens at Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore, The Waterfall presents The Brunch, a buffet spread perfect for lazy Sundays with the family. Pick from a tantalising line-up of premium marine harvest like Maine lobster, Hokkaido scallop and Spanish mussel. Expect hearty main dishes with Mediterranean flavours such as Spinach and Ricotta Cheese Ravioli with Summer Ratatouille. Meat lovers can take delight in the carving station, with a rotating menu of Tomahawk steak, suckling pig loin and lamb chops from Colorado. Diners can also interact with expert mixologists, who will present concoctions using herbs from the hotel garden. End the feast with desserts such as Peach and Raspberry Tiramisu, and Coconut and Strawberry Blanc Manger.
