epicure is looking for like-minded foodies to share photos of their favourite restaurant dishes in Singapore or any part of the world. Tell us why you like the dish that you have selected and we will post your entry and photo(s) online.

Three of the best looking photos will be selected each month. The closing date for entries is 12 October. This month’s winners will each receive Casserole vouchers worth $200.

DIVERSIFIED FLAVOURS
Part of Shangri-La’s Rasa Sentosa Resort’s new destination dining concept Dine on 3, Casserole offers communal meals with Moroccan, Indian, Southeast Asian and Western specialities. For a burst of North African flavours, hearty portions of Atlas Lamb Tagine, infused with the quintessential ras el hanout mix of spices, saffron of honey, are served with chef Mansour Benali’s fluffy homemade couscous. Benali, who hails from Casablanca, doles out more signatures in ‘A Night in Morocco’ with set menus that start from $35 per person (only valid on Fridays and Saturdays).

The Indian kitchen showcases a varied repertoire of regional signatures paired with spiced pulao rice, including a Goan Fish Curry made with tender snapper in a piquant tomato and tamarind gravy. A compact list of Asian and Western casseroles such as Braised Pork Knuckles and Beef Bourguignon are also available with jasmine rice and mashed potatoes as accompaniments. Opens daily from 6pm to 10pm. 101 Siloso Road, Sentosa.
