Seta: A Silk Thread Between Two Worlds

Inspired by the ancient Silk Road, Seta at La Festa Phu Quoc is a refined celebration of culture, craftsmanship, and Chinese-Cantonese gastronomy. Here, contemporary design, authentic flavours, and timeless traditions converge to create an immersive dining experience where every detail invites guests to slow down, savour, and discover.

In Italian, Seta means “silk”, a graceful reference to the precious thread that once travelled the ancient Silk Road, carrying stories of commerce, culture and artistic exchange between East and West. At La Festa Phu Quoc, this legacy is reimagined through Seta, a sophisticated culinary destination where Chinese heritage is interpreted with contemporary elegance and quiet emotional depth.

Conceived as a silk thread between two worlds, Seta invites guests into a space where tradition and modernity are woven with remarkable sensitivity. Glazed ceramic vases, stylised lotus paintings and delicate Trúc Chỉ bamboo paper installations create layers of texture, shadow and light, while vintage books, artisanal tea sets and curated objets d’art evoke the intimacy of a private collector’s salon. Rich indigo tones, softened by subtle gold accents, give the restaurant a serene yet intriguing atmosphere, encouraging guests to slow down and notice the beauty of each detail.

At its heart, Seta honours the alchemy of authenticity and balance that defines Chinese-Cantonese cuisine. Under the guidance of native Head Chef Victor Ho, centuries-old culinary traditions are elevated with contemporary finesse. Each dish is guided by restraint, precision and harmony, allowing exceptional ingredients to reveal their natural flavours, textures and aromas with clarity rather than excess.

Every element, from timing and temperature to presentation and service, is orchestrated as a symphony for the inquisitive senses. The experience concludes with a curated tea ritual, a tranquil finale that lets conversation linger. In this quiet rhythm of taste, design and memory, Seta celebrates heritage not through spectacle, but through the lasting luxury of meaningful moments.
