Sofitel Bali Brings Fête de la Musique to Toya Beach Bar & Grill

Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort is bringing a touch of French summer spirit to the beachfront with its upcoming Fête de la Musique celebration at Toya Beach Bar & Grill. Taking place on Friday, 17 July 2026, from 6pm to 10pm, the evening draws inspiration from the annual French tradition that turns public spaces into open-air stages for live music.

At Sofitel Bali, the idea is translated through food, drinks, music, and performance, set against the resort’s Nusa Dua beachfront. The Fête de la Musique Sofitel Bali concept leans into the brand’s French art de vivre, where dining and entertainment are treated as part of the same evening rather than separate moments. It is less about a formal dinner and more about a seaside gathering built around rhythm, fire, and shared plates.

The food package centres on open-fire cooking, with unlimited Wagyu beef cheeks served from a live fire pit station. The menu also includes a roaming “oyster man”, adding a more interactive element to the evening, alongside refined beef cheek rendang croquette canapés. The combination keeps the direction clear: familiar comfort, a little theatre, and just enough French polish to suit the occasion.

Guests can also add a beverage package featuring free-flow curated cocktails, beers, and fine wines. An à la carte beverage menu remains available for those who prefer to move at their own pace.

Entertainment carries much of the evening’s energy at Fête de la Musique Sofitel Bali. A live DJ and saxophonist set the musical tone, while water drums and a signature fire dance performance bring a stronger sense of movement to the beachfront setting. Together, the lineup gives the celebration a layered rhythm – starting with relaxed seaside dining and building into a livelier night by the water.

For guests in Nusa Dua, Sofitel Bali’s Fête de la Musique offers a one-night occasion that blends French cultural heritage with Bali’s coastal atmosphere. It is a fitting format for Toya Beach Bar & Grill: open-air, social, and designed to be enjoyed slowly as the evening unfolds.
