All Dads will be thoroughly spoiled at Concorde Hotel’s Spices Café, where the Weekend Afternoon Tea Buffet ($36) rolls out an array of local and Western delights such as satay, laksa, and oven-baked paper-wrapped chicken. The Harvest of the Sea Buffet Dinner ($58) in the evenings presents an overwhelming selection of seafood, featuring six crab dishes and a slew of the freshest ocean catch. A hot grill station adds more sizzling treats to the culinary equation.
