The Masses

The Masses at The Arcade @ The Capitol Kempinski recently launched a new Farm-Style Communal Sunday Brunch, giving you the perfect excuse to bring the family out. Available Sundays from 11am to 5pm, the curated 10-dish menu ($68.80 per person, minimum of two diners) begins with artisanal breads, house-made dips, salads, cold cuts, and caviar-topped appetisers.

Start with slivers of hay-smoked hamachi, dressed with grapefruit, orange, soy sauce, extra virgin olive oil, and topped with Avruga caviar.

This is followed by hearty mains like the overnight-brined Crispy Chicken Leg with sauce supreme made with chicken jus, mustard, pepper, Champagne, Xeres vinegar and cream. The chicken is pan-roasted until golden and accompanied with sauteed shitake and pancetta. You will also get to tuck into delicate Seabass à la Meunière with beurre noisette, citrus, and herbs.

Round off the meal with a sweet finale of French strawberry tart with rhubarb jam and Chantilly cream. For added indulgence, enjoy freshly shucked Irish and French oysters (additional $30 for min 6 pieces). Check out oyster cart just at the entrance. Or add $48 per dinner for free-flow Prosecco for 2 hours.

Summer Hill

Summer Hill’s beloved roving brunch trolley returns with a sun-soaked French twist — The Brunch Trolley: Provençale Picnic, available until August 2025. Inspired by la cuisine du soleil, or “cuisine of the sun,” this edition brings the rustic charm of Provence right to your table. Highlights include Grilled Lamb Ribs infused with North African spices, and a Niçoise-style Roast Pork layered with olives, anchovies, and herbs de Provence. Enjoy Provençal classics like tapenade, caviar d’aubergine, and tomatoes Provençale as you journey from the coastal warmth of the Côte d’Azur to the forested north. For a playful finish, the snow cone bar is the perfect to cool down in the summer. The brunch is available Fridays at 12pm, and Saturdays and Sundays with two seatings, at 11am and 1.30pm, priced at $79 per person.

Manhattan Bar

Relive the spirit of New Yorks’ Golden Age at Manhattan Bar’s adults-only Sunday Cocktail Brunch. The experience begins with three interactive cocktail stations, where you can customise your own Bloody Mary, spritz, or boozy milkshake, paired with signature pours like the Barrel-Aged Manhattan and Hazelnut Espresso Martini on free flow. On the menu is a refined American grazing table, comprising bites like mezcal-glazed bacon, bourbon-smoked OP rib carved tableside, and tasty small plates like Spiny Lobster Thermidor and Squid Ink Salmon Macarons. End on a sweet note at the decadent dessert room featuring a flowing bourbon chocolate fountain and banana splits. The brunch is available Sundays from 12–3PM, at $168 with cocktails, wines, and beers. For reservations, call +65 6725 3377.

Shinsen Hanten

Keep your weekends free for brunch at Michelin-starred Shisen Hanten by Chen Kentaro. The Weekend Brunch Menu features free-flow dim sum, barbecue specialties, delicate soups and satisfying mains. Meanwhile, vegetarians can enjoy a thoughtfully crafted seven-course plant-based menu. To really elevate things, opt for the Aged Mandarin Cocktail experience where you can enjoy free-flow of cocktails infused with 20-year-aged mandarin peel, cinnamon, grapefruit, and just a hint of chilli— a bold yet balanced tipple that’s perfect for lingering brunches. The Weekend Brunch menu ($88 per guest, with a minimum of 2 guests) is available exclusively on weekends from 11.30 am to 3.15 pm.
