Every month, the Latest Recipe restaurant is reborn as a new cultural destination, seamlessly blending themed décor, authentic music, and regionally inspired menus to craft immersive dining experiences. Following the bustling spirit of Japan’s Tsukiji Market in March and the vibrant festivities of Thailand’s Songkran in April, May now beckons with the grandeur of a Russian Royal Feast—a tribute to the opulence of the Tsars.
From May 1st to 31st, 2025, diners are invited to savor the bold, comforting flavors that define Russian hospitality. Expect steaming bowls of ruby-red borscht, melt-in-your-mouth beef stroganoff, flaky golden pirozhki, and decadent desserts like layered honey cake and creamy Napoleon slices—each dish a nod to centuries-old Slavic culinary traditions.
But this isn’t just dinner—it’s an elevated cultural encounter. The venue itself transforms with inspiration drawn from the imperial palaces of St. Petersburg, complete with atmospheric lighting and stately décor. Enhancing the experience are live performances that capture the artistry and soul of Russian folklore, adding another layer of authenticity to your evening.
