For a more luxurious setting, book a table at the hotel’s award-winning Chinese restaurant Peach Blossoms. Guests can choose from a variety of set menus (from $158++/person). Opt for their seven-course Contentment Set ($938++ for six persons), which includes the indulgent Double-boiled Kurobuta Ribs soup, teeming with baby abalone, dried oyster and radish, as well as the fragrant Smoked Chicken. For those who prefer to dine at home, Marina Mandarin Singapore’s range of festive takeaways is an ideal choice. Among the selections: the new (and adorable) Golden Pig-shaped Nian Gao ($38.80+/piece) and the Prosperity Yu Sheng ($78+ for five, $118+ for 10), which features salmon, crispy whitebait and sweet Nashi pear.
