Taste the most delicious Grape Pork from Bedrock Bar & Grill’s World Meat Series 2019
From now till 15 December, savour the indulgent Budou-buta done in three delicious ways.
Heads up, pork enthusiasts: Bedrock Bar & Grill will serve up its final edition of the World Meat Series 2019. Diners get to enjoy different meats from other parts of the world. Tuck into the scrumptious Burdou-buta (also known as Grape Pork) from Japan done in three in-house creations.
The Budou-buta pigs can only be found in two farms (they are certified by Aya Pork Commitee) in Aya Town of Miyazaki Prefecture, an UNESCO ecopark. The pigs are fed on a special mix of Japanese grapes, home-prepared corn and non-genetically modified barley. The result is fatty pork with a hint of sweetness.
Diners can tuck into the steakhouse’s Grape Pork creations like Pulled Pork & Shrimp Sandwich ($48) with truffle mayo and cucumber pickles, and Pork Belly with Scallops ($68). Or the juicy Woodfire Grilled Pork Steak ($58) accompanied with saute potatoes and herb truffle sauce.
Available till 15 December.
