Japanese sunday brunch at Triple Three
Mandarin Orchard serves up Singapore's first Japanese hotel buffet brunch.
If robatayaki, shabu shabu and Kirin beer sound enticing enough to lure you from your sleep on a lazy Sunday afternoon, hotfoot it to Mandarin Orchard hotel from April 18. The hotel has launched its first Japanese brunch that will feature a spread of scrumptious delights include oden, Japanese curry as well as hot items from the sashimi, teppanyaki and tempura show kitchen counters. Desserts include mochi cake and Japanese cheese cake. From 11.30am-3pm every Sunday.
Helming the brunch is executive chef, Shigeru Akashi, who was the opening consultant/chef for celebrity restaurant Ubon by Nobu in London’s Canary Wharf. For reservations, call 6831-6288/71
