A grand return
As the largest food and hospitality tradeshow, Food&HotelAsia (FHA) has always operated on a grand scale, but this year it’s set to max out all 10 exhibition halls at the Singapore Expo from 8 to 11 April.
The 2014 edition of FHA, coupled with Wine&SpiritsAsia (WSA), will continue to provide a comprehensive look at the latest trends surrounding the F&B industry. It’s poised to be a buzzing four days, as fellow trade professionals interact, procure business solutions and suss out the array of food and hospitality products from around the world. Not just your ordinary meet-and-greet conference, FHA 2014 will also feature a series of high octane competitions like the FHA Barista Challenge, and Asian Pastry Cup to kick the exhibition into high gear. epicure is the event’s supporting media.
