Ash & Elm at InterContinental Singapore has launched a new Wine Down with Charcuterie & Cheese Night, an after-work breather where guests get a full two-hour access to unlimited cold cuts, pates, terrines and cheeses.

Wine up and wind down at Ash & Elm on Thursdays and Fridays, where from 6pm to 8pm, guests get a full two-hour access to a medley of premium cold cuts, pates, terrines, antipasti and imported cheeses. Alongside the plentiful display, guests can also select from boards of bread and biscuits that arrive freshly baked from the wood-fired oven. Baguettes, dark rye, sesame lavosh and walnut loaves serve as the perfect base for 36 months premium Iberico pork leg, duck rillettes with pistachio and dried fruits, house-cured smoked beef pastrami, and cheeses like NZ Kikoranggi blue, manchego and smoked cheddar.
