Meliá Bali’s Spooky Season is a feast for all ages. The family-friendly beachfront resort in Nusa Dua is an idyllic destination for kids and adults alike, to get together and embrace the delights of painting in the dark, trick-or-treating, cookie decorating, and many more.
Let the little ones get crafty with the Halloween Cookies Decoration on 30 October. Spread some sprinkles and smear the chocolates on spooky-shaped cookies at Sorrento Restaurant, from 2pm to 3pm, priced at Rp250,000/child. In the meantime, parents can steal some time away to get pampered at the resort’s YHI Spa. Available during October, opt for the 50-minute Pumpkin Spice Reflexology (Rp750,000/person) which includes a foot soak, pumpkin scrub and relaxing foot massage.
Alternatively, sign up for the Healing Cranial Sacral Therapy. The two-hour treatment uses light touch to examine your central nervous system, boosting immunity and well-being. Available on 24 – 31 October for Rp650,000/person.
On 31 October, the all-day Spooky Season truly begins. The young and young-at-heart guests are invited to don their scariest costume and roam around the resort. Starting at 10am, join the Spooky Art & Craft, Bird Show, Face Painting, Coco’s Trick-or-Treat, Halloween Costume Adventure, Paint & Glow, and a Movie Night at 6.30pm.
The Paint & Glow session is only available for adults since it involves a painting in the dark experience with a glass of wine. Organised by Bartega Studio, paint a Frida Kahlo with acrylic at 5.30pm – 7.30pm. Priced at Rp480,000/person, it will be a wonderful way to mark the family bonding vacation.
Enhance the experience by booking a stay here to get the best rate and receive up to 30 percent off on all the Halloween activities.
