Nostalgic foodies pining for Vincent Theong’s homey Peranakan specialities can head to Orchard Hotel Singapore. The former executive chef of Palm’s Asian Brasserie at the now defunct Copthorne Orchid Hotel, will dish out his famed signatures including Ayam Buah Keluak, Lemak Prawns with Chilli Padi, and Hainanese Pork Chop  at Orchard Cafe’s Go Local Buffet (from $42). In addition, every third guest only pays 46 cents for the spread which is available at lunch and dinner.

Matching Orchard Cafe’s ‘46 cents for every third diner’ deal, La Terrasse’s porridge buffet ($32) features Braised Chicken Feet with Roasted Garlic, Pomfret Fish with Black Beans and Ah Huat Braised Fatty Pork. More post-National Day deals extend to the Intermezzo Bar where every second order of a Singapore Sling is charged at 46 cents only.
