Cuban nightlife in Singapore

Capella Singapore celebrates the revamp of Bob’s Bar with new Cuban delicacies and rum-based cocktails curated by executive chef David Senia. The tipple menu flaunts 15 enticing drinks, some of which include Navegante, Capella Singapore’s own brand of bespoke rum hailing from Barbados and specially crafted by master blender Richard Seale. The Mojito refreshes with its minty notes and Bob’s Old fashioned is the Cuban rendition of a classic cocktail balanced with orange zest and homemade spiced rum. The refreshed selection of bar bites sees a Sandwich Panini Cubano made with gourmet ham, pulled pork, cheese, pickles, mustard and toasted to perfection. Soak up the electrifying Cuban vibe every Friday with Havana Nights, where live music will have you getting your groove on. 1 The Knolls, Sentosa Island. Tel: 6591 5047
