The team behind the now defunct Klee is back with The Naked Finn, an upcoming restaurant that will collaborate with A Curious Teepee in a pop up project 'A Curious Culinary Collaboration' from now till 31 October.
Its sneak preview includes omasake-style Japanese fusion dishes created by chef de cuisine Andy Ang and bespoke cocktails by mixologist Wijaya Irawa. These will be served from 6pm onwards from Tuesdays to Saturdays at The Teepee and some of the dishes will be a preview of the menu to come at The Naked Finn. One can also have their cocktails specially customised by Wijaya according to their personal tastes, mood and preferences, just like how it was at Klee.
Scheduled to open early next year, The Naked Finn will be a no-frills grill serving fish and shellfish from all over the world.
