Start with a platter of five-spice roasted pork belly, Chilean sea bass coated with mayonnaise, roasted duck and chilled jellyfish, then move on to the nourishing double-boiled soup of the day, followed by dad’s choice of wokfried broccoli with scallops or the sweet and sour prawns with bell peppers and pomelo.
