La Crema was established in 1979 and acquired by Jackson Family Wines in 1993. Their cool climate expertise has since seen them venture into Oregon (La Crema Vilamette Valley Oregon Pinot Noir 2014, $70). This fine Sonoma Coast bottling exudes exuberant strawberry and cherry cola on the nose, with rose petals, clove and cranberry rounding out its jammy charm. The overall finish is balanced out by supple young tannins and acidity, for drinking now. $60 from ICON Wines
