Incipient earthy ar, Senso-rial experienceomas of black truffles are abound as Senso Ristorante and Bar rolls out a Summer Truffle Brunch on 5 June. Crafted by executive chef Yves Schmid, a la minute dishes featuring the seasonal tube include: Soft-boiled Eggs with Fresh Summer Salad, Homemade Potato Gnocchi, Creamy Leek Fondue and Pan-seared Sea Bass with Summer Vegetables.
