Crafted by executive chef Yves Schmid, a la minute dishes featuring the seasonal tube include: Soft-boiled Eggs with Fresh Summer Salad, Homemade Potato Gnocchi, Creamy Leek Fondue and Pan-seared Sea Bass with Summer Vegetables.
