Father deserves better
Treat dad to a highly palatable six-course family set menu ($188 for four diners) from Cassia. Start with a platter of five-spice roasted pork belly, Chilean sea bass coated with mayonnaise, roasted duck and chilled jellyfish, then move on to the nourishing double-boiled soup of the day, followed by dad’s choice of wokfried broccoli with scallops or the sweet and sour prawns with bell peppers and pomelo. Then tuck into the intensely flavoured braised duck with sea cucumber and flower mushrooms before ending the feast with refreshing chilled mango pudding served with fresh fruits. Till end June.
