Wine fiesta
The Straits Wine Company's Wine Fiesta is back with its 8th edition, celebrating Singapore food and music together with tastings of 350 labels of wine.
Chefs Malcolm Lee (Candlenut), Bjorn Shen (Artichoke), Matthew Mok (The Rabbit Stash) and Cheryl Koh (Tarte) will be creating dishes to pair with selected wines over the three-day festival held from 22 to 25 October. Clifford Square, Fullerton Bay, 80 Collyer Quay. www.winefiesta.com.sg
