Roberto Rispoli set to wow at Raffles Grill

One Michelin-starred chef Roberto Rispoli, who has been at the helm of Il Carpaccio since the reopening of Le Royal Monceau – Raffles Paris in 2010 will take up residency at Raffles Grill from 17 to 21 May. He will be showcasing a special Italian menu, incorporating signature dishes like Mediterranean organic sea bass with fennel gratin, orange, spring onions and oregano ($98), available á la carte, as a business lunch (two or three courses $58/$68), or a five-course degustation menu ($198). 1 Beach Road.
