Expect wholesome favourites like the oven-roasted honey marinated chicken breast, red pepper terrine and crispy brown pancakes. All main courses are served with a side of sarsoon ka saag (mustard and spinach leaves with spices), kolhapuri usal (traditional maharashtrian spicy gravy) and a basket of fragrant, dried fruit-studded kashmiri naan and ajwain paratha (carom seed paratha).
