His culinary journey began at just 16, and over the years, he has taken on key leadership roles in renowned venues such as Buddha Bar. The Bangka Belitung-born chef carries his wealth of expertise and masterfully blends distinctive Indonesian flavours with international favourites. With his team, he crafts a menu that delights local and foreign palates, all while championing locally sourced ingredients.
