Baguettes, dark rye, sesame lavosh and walnut loaves serve as the perfect base for 36 months premium Iberico pork leg, duck rillettes with pistachio and dried fruits, house-cured smoked beef pastrami, and cheeses like NZ Kikoranggi blue, manchego and smoked cheddar.
