Recently opened by the folks from PS Cafe, Jypsy offers a modern take on traditional Japanese fare. Decorated in restful shades of blue and light wood tones, it’s easy to feel right at home at this café. Settle down and enjoy their Nest of Fries ($11), which exudes a strong aroma and flavour of fragrant white truffle oil, and makes the perfect side to light mains like Crispy Shrimp ($16).
