Nothing brings meat lovers more pleasure than premium steak grilled to perfection. Steaksmith, a new restaurant in Renaissance Bali Nusa Dua Resort, offers diners exactly that. Surrounded by the resort’s lush gardens and iconic Jungle Pool, Steaksmith indulges the taste buds of all steak connoisseurs.
Just like blacksmiths use tools to forge iron into various forms and temper them with fire, Steaksmith has a talent for transforming hand-selected cuts into culinary masterpieces. The restaurant’s chefs marinate, season, and grill each cut over blazing fire, coaxing out the flavors and tenderness.
Steaksmith is also a destination unto itself. Boasting handpicked woods and earthy charcoal, it seeks to take diners on a culinary journey inspired by the rich and rugged charm of American cowboy culture. Designed by award-winning Indonesian architect Andra Matin with interior design by P49 Deesign, this brand new steakhouse in Nusa Dua offers a rustic Balinese-inspired ambiance dominated with wood, stone, brick, and metal. There are semi-outdoor and air-conditioned seatings to suit guests’ preferences.
Open exclusively for dinner, it offers a range of dining selections distinguished by high-quality ingredients and meticulous preparation. Each dish is designed to highlight the natural flavours of these premium meats. Whether it is a Wagyu or Black Angus, each dish is handled with care and complemented with an array of delectable sides and sauces by the restaurant’s team of talented and passionate chefs and grill masters. The team is headed by Balinese chef de partie I Putu Adhy Adnyana, who previously worked for Bali’s finest five-starred resorts.
The restaurant classifies its highlighted menu into a number of categories. First is the Pioneer, comprising Grilled Oysters, Angus Beef Tartare, as well as the “Pata Negra” Iberico Ham. Then there is the Masterpiece, featuring the best cuts such as striploin, rib eye, tenderloin, and special cuts. The restaurant’s Smoked Slow and Low section comprises Smithfield US Pork BBQ Back Ribs with Smoked Apple Glaze and Tokusen Wagyu Beef Short Ribs.
The restaurant also has a private dining room for special occasions and exclusive gatherings. Whether for intimate dining or large social occasions, keep the new Steaksmith Nusa Dua at the top of your mind when looking for a premium steak experience in Bali.
