For a taste of the finest culinary produce, don’t miss this inaugural ‘Best of the Best’ dinner at Michelin-starred restaurant Braci featuring the indulgent Alba White Truffle from Piedmont, Italy. Held on 13 November, the opulent five-course menu ($888/person) by chef-restaurateur Beppe De Vito will include dishes such as Blue Lobster with Autumn Vegetables, and Foie Gras with Marsala and Black Cabbage, all of which will be served with the coveted truffle. The meal will also be paired with a selection of the world’s top tipples such as, Dom Perignon ’09, Sassicaia ’11 San Guido and Batar ’13 Querciabella.
