Celebrate the occasion at Singapore’s only authentic New York Steakhouse with a selection of fine cuisine complete with whisky pairings that are sure to satiate everyone’s taste buds. The restaurant has partnered with highly esteemed whisky label The Macallan to offer carefully selected whisky flights to compliment the Father’s Day Set Menu ($258++ per person).
Start with a serving of Oysters Rockefeller – luscious Fine de Claire oysters – topped with hollandaise sauce and creamed spinach, and broiled to perfection. They are paired in symphony with a glass of The Macallan 12 Years Double Cask.
The main course features two options – the classic Steak Diane or one of the restaurant’s in-house favourites, the tender and sizzling Australian Lamb Chops. Each main is paired with a glass of The Macallan 15 Years Double Cask. Indulge in your cut with generous sides of Sautéed Mushrooms & Onions, and the always comforting Dauphinoise Potato which will surely elevate the flavours from your choice of entrée.
End off your meal with the perfect dessert for the chocolate lovers. An intense Chocolate Mousse Cake served alongside crushed pistachio and light vanilla ice cream is paired with a glass of the Grand Finale – The Macallan 18 Years Double Cask.
The Whisky Flight will also be available on its own at $98++. Experience the Single Malt Double Cask series exclusively this June, for a symphony of blends infused with citrus, dried fruits, ginger and toffee. Savour the matured whiskies, aged in specially selected hand-crafted casks seasoned with dry Oloroso Sherry and the unmistakable sweetness of American Oak.
The Father’s Day Set Menu and Whisky Flight will be available all day for the month of June. The menu is also available without the whisky pairing at $198++ per pax.
