In conjunction with the 2023 Wellness Festival Singapore, PARKROYAL COLLECTION Pickering has a line-up of activities available to in-house guests and the general public. Daily experiences are available from now to 9 July.
For instance, the hotel’s friendly chefs will lead an exclusive tour of the newly erected Urban Farm perched on the hotel’s top floor. The team will share about the farm-to-table concept, practices and benefits. The informative tour will also showcase 50 different varieties of vegetables, fruits, herbs and edible flowers grown by the dedicated staff. These plants are mainly used for the restaurants’ menus.
The experience continues at Lime Restaurant, where you will be served a Wellness Set Lunch. The dishes are perfect for those who care about conscious dining. Kick off with cubes of sweet compressed watermelon garnished with garden fresh herbs, followed by Symphony of Asparagus with edamame and mushrooms. The main course of pan-fried sustainable barramundi is perfectly succulent and satisfying. The meal rounds off with a beautifully presented Honey Passionfruit creation – watch while the honey slowly drips through a ‘bee hive’ made of meringue into your dessert.

Meanwhile, those looking to immerse themselves in the world of wellness can look forward to this weekend (1 and 2 July). A holistic full-day itinerary packed with carefully curated experiences offer an opportunity to reconnect with oneself while exploring an eco-conscious lifestyle. While various activities are planned throughout the day as a curated journey to wellness, guests are free to pick the ones best suited for them at their own discretion, be it a single session or the full selection.
